Welcome Nursing Homes and All Long Term Care Providers!

The National Nursing Home Quality Improvement (NNHQI) Campaign provides free evidence-based and model-practice resources to support your data-driven quality improvement projects.

The Campaign promotes focus on individuals’ preferences, staff empowerment, and involving all staff, consumers and leadership in creating a culture of continuous quality improvement.

It’s not either/or: Campaign resources help your work on QAPI, the Nursing Home Collaborative, and the Partnership to Improve Dementia Care. Read more about Nursing Home Quality Initiatives - August 29, 2017 (PDF).

Why register your organization?

  • List your organization on our directory.
  • Quality Measure (QM) graphs display comparative data at the state and national level. Sign into your website account to include your home’s trend in the display. (No data entry required.) This feature is valuable for identifying your priorities and tracking your long term progress.
  • Tracking Tools (Excel workbooks) allow both individual and aggregate views of data, including both process and outcomes measures. The Tracking Tools are downloaded from the website, and used throughout the month. Providers with website accounts can transfer their monthly outcomes to the website to create a continuous record of their progress.
  • Providers who track their projects by transferring their monthly outcome data to the website are called Participants. Participants use their website accounts to access interactive data displays that produce on-demand downloadable reports to monitor their project(s). Participation status is also recognized on our registry.
